Retention and hiring problems

A company in the chemical sector was facing big retention and hiring issues was approaching us to setup a better compensation system for their workforce.  After careful analysis, they changed their mobility program to make it easier to transfer workers from more remote locations to the factory and we changed the workshifts from 8 to 12 hour shift with agreement of the unions.  Indeed, the real issue was not necessarily the compensation but the fact that people working in shifts had difficulties to reach the factory in the context of nightshifts with public transport. Equally, surveys pointed out that many workers left the company as they could not spend sufficient time with their families over the weekend.  Needless to say that this approach was good for the company as they could hire and retain teammates in a cost effective way. While for the employees it was beneficial as they could spend more time with their team mates.  

Organization design

4 partners of a genius and fast growing multimedia, branding, video and webdesign company were dealing with the consequences of strong growth and  the impact on their work, management and business activities. The strong growth created some unclarities and tensions. During a workshop we aligned the views on the future, checked what the issues where and agreed with the team about the team and company strengths, the great results achieved and the next steps to be finetuned to enable further growth. 

Cultural change and leadership models

A large retail company onboarded a new CEO. Together with the CHRO and the management team, they wanted to focus on the roll out of a new leadership model in order to strengthen and improve the results. Via targeted workshops and individual coaching we implemented and rolled out the leadership model in the organization and we linked the behaviors in the model to necessary changes in order to achieve the new results. Via the implementation of this model, the management had a common language to hold each other accountable and the results improved.

Office change

A headquarter of a big global corporation wanted to change the location of the headquarter. Together with them we identified the needs of the new location, how it would take into account the needs of the new policy on hybrid working, how it could enhance wellbeing and an atmosphere of feel at home and how it could be done in a way that also structurally reduced the office space and cost linked to this.  We helped to align the different functional teams around the change, setup workshops with team champions, and facilitated the discussions with the management board of the company. This has led to a smooth implementation of the change and higher satisfaction of the teammates. 

Conflict management and trust

A consulting company had a trust and relationship conflict with one of his consultants and a key customer.  They asked us in to see how we could support and get the relations back on track as both the consultant and the customer were very valuable to the company. After a series of individual coaching sessions, we managed to get the relationship back on track and the company, their consultant could continue to support the customer with their expertise.

Via individual coaching, alignment of individual and collective, private and company objectives, we helped the to find a solution that worked for both and allowed the company to continue the strong growth.
